Excellent Location with Great Staff

The hotel location is perfect for accessing restaurants and bars. It is also within walking distance of the concert venue (MCG). The staff was very friendly, and i appreciated the warm cookie upon arrival. Although I checked in a couple of hours early (around noon), I was able to leave my bags in my room. I also received nice toiletries and found the bathroom modern and clean.

My room was located right opposite the lift, and I could hear people walking through the halls. The door needs better soundproofing. This impacted my experience, and I hope the hotel addresses it soon (maybe with thicker doors).

The staff was helpful and friendly . They promptly assisted with my early check-in and provided helpful information regarding nearby attractions. The breakfast staff also ensured that the buffet was well-stocked and provided good service.

the room was clean with soft linens i loved. dedicated team members brought heartfelt hospitality. i savored extra space on level 13 with amazing city views. the char-grilled chicken with roasted potatoes was good.

the buffet breakfast coffee machine did not work for me. there was a good spread, with many options and the staff topped everything up well. they could add another machine.

my room was really quite. the bed was so comfortable, i slept very well. the hotel's location proved perfect for exploring the city with ease. there were no city views, but this didn't bother me.

the breakfast had few offerings. the choices was simple and i wanted a big breakfest.
